Manuel and Kevin were very professional and a delight to work with. Although the manufacturer of the manifold massed up they both went out of their way to make them right. I am very happy with the work they did The issue I have is the lack of communication from the office and customer service departments. I didn't get a call on when they were coming out, just a text but not a confirmation as I've been trying to coordinate the repair with the delivery with my washing machine. I also called to complain about the fact that the manufacturer did not make what was asked and nobody called me back. I felt I deserved a discount. If you see the attached picture you can see that the manufacturer made 2 blue sides. I would highly recommend Manuel and Kevin but don't expect any help from customer service.

Problems with under the sink leak. Also needed a new faucet installed. Paul Ramirez was our repair man. He has done repairs before at our home. He is very nice, professional. Gets the job completed, doesn't leave a mess. So happy with his work? Really saved me. Family was coming to stay. So nice to have repairs finished. Katy Plumbing is a great Company . Very professional. Never disappointed with the service. Wish I knew about them when I needed A C repairs done. A different local Co. was overpriced, never on time. A real nightmare. I will always continue to use Katy Plumbing. Thankyou.

Had a great experience with the Katy Plumbing Company! Junior provided excellent service — thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly experienced. He made sure the issue was fully resolved before wrapping up, which I really appreciated. Pricing isn’t the cheapest, but they use high-quality materials, so you’re getting what you pay for. Overall very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

After our pool contractor accidentally broke the main water line, our neighbors—who had graciously allowed us to use their side of the fence for the pool construction—were left without water. Paul and Leo quickly fixed water line leak in the attic. Both technician worked as a team to resolve leak issue. The Katy Plumbing Company provides great services.

I had an issue with not getting enough cooling air in the master room with the AC unit being all the way on the other side of the house. They really took the time to hear my concerns and they absolutely nailed the issue! Thank you for having an awesome team!

Most professional plumbing outfit I’ve ever encountered. Scheduled several days in advance, they reconfirmed the day before, advised arrival time (with photos!) VERY efficient job at a reasonable price. I very highly recommend these folks….

I cannot speak highly enough of Katy Plumbing Company, and their technician, Wilmer Enriques. Wilmer installed two toilets for us, as well as providing an assessment on our entire plumbing system. He pointed out some issues thst needed addressing, such as hot water heaters (since they are original, and 12 years old); however, he did not push for their immediate repairs or replacement. . We did assure him that we would be in touch when we were ready. Finally, Wilmer was very courteous and professional.

Jose was great. He was very professional very clean and I’m always very happy with Katie Plumbing’s work. I had a new toilet put in. I repaired an old toilet and I had plumbing done under my kitchen sink

Luis came out and was great. On time and fixed my issue but more importantly gave me information on problem and future things to keep in mind and look for.

I hate calling Plumbers and HVAC people, probably because I know a lot of how to do the work I just never have the time. But I've been using this company for several years now and again I have nothing bad to say about them they're excellent their communication is excellent their customer service is excellent their billing System is excellent the employees are always excellent I can't complain. Thank you all.

Roberto and his assistant were truly an amazing and a awesome blessing to Ice Tre Basketball Training Facility!!! You guys came on an emergency request to repair our A/C which was not working, and had an inside temperature of 88 degrees! They thoroughly diagnosed the a/c unit and discovered the issue, and fixed the problem! Now our a/c is cold again!!! Praise the Lord and thank you so much Katy Plumbing Company Heating & Air!!! You guys are the BEST!!!

Our kitchen sink disposal gave out and our P Trap clogged up at the same time last night. We called Katy Plumbing Company and they had a technician (Esteban Alvarado) come out early this morning and fix everything for us. The whole process was so organized and efficient, and the communication was excellent. Esteban was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about his work. I felt like I was in very capable hands. I will definitely use you guys again, and we will request Esteban to help us out if he's available.

They were very professional and answered all are questions and cleaned up very well when they were done. We won't use any other plumber.

Plumbing repairs are stressful and hard to wait for. The Katy Plumbing Company came out the morning after I called and took care of the problem. I did not understand the problem I was having but it was located quickly and repaired within one hour. I am out of the doghouse for not fixing the valve sooner and I am enjoying hot showers again.

Very professional and customer friendly was my first impression when I scheduled an appointment to have my bathroom drain cleaned and the 'innards' of the toilet replaced. Both issues have been completed and are now working great. I would recommend this company to my friends not only because they were efficient, but also very friendly. I think they care about their customers.

I have used Katy Plumbing for close to 20 years and they always prove to have the best customer service and honest employees. Shout out to Dan, Roberto and Rebecca for all you did to make sure my complete AC/Furnace replacement went smooth.

Everyone here did a wonderful job, and they were all very responsive. My AC techs, Roberto and Abel, were very professional and responsive to all of my questions. My tech for the hot water heater and gas lines, Mike, was the same. Rebecca, in the office, was always available to help me with questions and scheduling. Overall, I had a great experience and will be using them in the future and recommending them to others.

My wife and I were pleased with Troy Devin and his assistant. They were pleasant, efficient and respectful of our home. I was appreciative of Troy’s explanation of what repairs would be done and the cost involved right up front. They left our home in better condition as the result of their work. We’re happy.

My hot water heater stopped working and Zee came out to fix the problem. I had new roof installed a few weeks ago and with the weather we are experiencing my attic is now too hot. That’s what caused water heater to shut off. Going to have to have a solar panel vent installed.

It took a while for parts to come in and finish the job but the person who completed the work did a wonderful job. Very satisfied

Jacob (Jake) with The Katy Plumbing Company was a tremendous help in diagnosing and providing an interim fix for a major plumbing issue in my home. Jake was very thorough in his approach to figuring out the issue - excellent diagnostic skills! I appreciate that he explained the issues and solutions to me respectfully and in a manner that made it easy for me to understand. We had a sprinkler system leak in the over flow protection valve. Helped us determine the best solution and took care of it very quickly.

UPDATE: Still using, still a great company. Victor unclogged a sink drain past the trap, quick and courteous service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! David and his helper just did a home service line repair and range hookup. Both were leaking; Centerpoint did an inspection and shut off the gas. The Katy Plumbing team were prompt, polite, and professional from the initial receptionist scheduling the next day service to their on-site service technicians. They worked with me on the price, and did a proper job, no shortcuts! This is a company I would definitely use again for any of my plumbing needs.

Victor and collegue did a great job addressing the clog in the attic drain line for the A/C. Required clearing both A/C drain lines and snaking the wall drain line and sink drain line on 2nd floor. Finished the job quickly and professionally as well. Thanks to their quick work we now can run the A/C. Just thought the pricing was a bit high but grateful they did it today as an emergency service.
