It covers both trades under one membership: a spring AC tune-up, a fall furnace tune-up, and an annual whole-home plumbing inspection — plus priority scheduling, member pricing on repairs and replacements, and no after-hours trip charges.
Do members really pay nothing extra for after-hours calls?
Correct. Members pay $0 in after-hours trip charges. A 2 AM emergency visit does not carry an overtime trip fee for members.
Is the membership worth it if my system is new?
Usually yes, for two reasons. Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance to stay valid, and a Katy summer puts a full year of wear on an air conditioner. The tune-ups keep the warranty intact and catch the failures that start small.
